Just saw this french plastic aero bike and unfamiliar with the brand. Shaped like just about any other aero bike these days, but it has a feature I’ve wondered about for years....dimpled leading edges.

Exactly. I recall reading a detailed technical debunking of the entire rim-dimple fad from ~2008 that made the points you make above. Really surprised/not surprised this fad is back.

I wouldn't get one...but Sarto undeniably makes a spectacular bike. Better to order it from them directly, or get a no nonsense build from Gaulzetti. Trust their design or Craig's way more, personally.
