Does the same tool fit both the Shimano 6800 and 8000 bottom bracket? If so can anyone tell which Park tool to buy?

Thanks

No, you need this gizmo which fits into the older BB cup type tool, like 6800..pretty sure.

I have the plastic adapter ring and the splines are rounded off. I would like to have a real tool to use and not the plastic adapter. I like the Park that I have for the older (6700) generation because I run a bolt through the tool where the 3/8 socket fits with a fender washer on the opposite side of the BB and can tighten or loosen it with an open end wrench on flats of the Park tool
