(Found) Zipp axle broken/replacement

Found.

1st time with Zipp wheels. Managed to break the axle trying to remove it after carbon shield washer came loose. So...how do I remove the axle and what do I replace it with? Looks like there may be updated options that fit?

That appears to be an earlier generation Zipp hub. That axle will be specific to that hub, and I think you may have trouble finding a new replacement axle. Probably the best bet to source a replacement axle is to find a used donor hub (or just replacing the hub entirely).

In any case, one possible scheme to remove the axle is to try any EZ Out bolt extractor. Usually, you have to drill a hole into the bolt to insert the extractor, but in this case the axle is already hollow.
