I will own this -- if the pictures are decent of course -- I use a kick *** Nokia right now with 1.3mp that does some stunning work, and I surf the web on it, so I am not in a hurry to upgrade....cingular is OK though...I use them...they have improved a lot over the past year or so

Cisco owns the 'iPhone' trademark, and apparently Cisco was trying to work out some agreement w/ Apple, but it didn't happen. Now it's going to court.

...but just wanted to chime in that the iPhone struck me as a real breakthrough look into the future. It looks so friggin' easy to use and integrates phone, internet so nicely that I could see my Blackberry easily being about as valuable as a river rock in the not so distant future.

Then again, as a current corporate hack for a biotech company, it's probably sad that my life would actually really benefit from having one.
