Specialized S Works shoe sizing

A 44.5 in S-works boa....model is a few years old.
Comparable to 44.5 Sidi or bigger?
Or smaller?

Specialized S-Works 6 size 44 = Sidi Wire/Sidi Wire 2 Size 45

I would go half size down on sworks compared to sidi/ giro

Cycling shoe sizing, across the board, is total nonsense. You've gotta try them on IMO. Specialized and Sidi are so different in shape that I would hesitate to compare the two - SWorks fit me well, Sidi don't work at all.

Sidi shot 45.5 but pinches at the toes due to position of the closures

My Sworks are 47 and Sidi wire 48. They don’t make 47.5 or that’d be perfect. 1/2 difference in my opinion
