is the name of the device. It is sort of like a motorized squirt gun. We use these in surgery all the time to lavage / wash out wounds, cuts, surgical sites etc. It is so effective in cleaning out wounds that studies suggest that 1 liter from the pulse lavage device is equivalent to 3 liters of irrigation in a normal fashion ie: bulb syringe. Just remember the old saying: "The solution to pollution is dilution." Cheers!
