New Food Bar

I was attending CABDA in San Diego last week when I came across a new food bar. Its Called The PRO MEAL On-The-Go BAR. 10 grams of protein per bar, Gluten Free, Their note on the back goes like this: Delicious Super foods like nuts , seeds, and fruits to nourish your bodying fuel your success on high performance days and everyday.

I had part of one when driving back to southern Az and it hit the spot. The best part for me was that it had only peanut butter in it, no almonds.

Those have been around for ages, but the packaging recently changed. Excellent stuff. And one of my go-to bars for long slow distance.

They work great for road-trips too, as noted :)
