Tubulars are dead in '07.
I think the only tubies left in the '07 al line are the new Shamals.

Why does the price of Eurus clinchers range from 750 to 1000? Usually the internet tends to at least equalize this sort of thing.

No difference between 06 and 07, although there was a silver 06 tubular available. You can get the 06 tubular one for between 600 and 650 if you look a bit.
07 pricing ranges from 700-1000 depending on the sale, dealer and shipping. I just picked up a set for $738 delivered. Some places don't include the bags or some of the other accessories.
