I recently ordered some items from Soma Fabrications online shop with 2-day shipping. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I have no package and no response to 5 emails I sent them. There is no phone no. listed on their website; if you have a question about an online order you have to email them. Anyone know if they closed over the holidays or something? Or know any other way I can get in touch with them to see what happened? My online order was confirmed and I have an order number. I have dealt with them before and had great service. I called one of the San Fran bike shops that sells their products but they have no connection with the online shop so could not help me.
