Those bikes have an english threaded BB... the frame has bearings installed.

I have one exactly like the one in ebay, team replica... english BB...

What ive noticed is that you have some with 2 carbon tubes and some with 3... the 3 carbon tubes are early editions... wonder when they went to 2 they moved to pressed bearings BBs.

Found this....

https://geometrygeeks.bike/bike/cannondale-six13-2008/

but looks like were pressfit aswell...

That era Six13 came either way. Some models that came with Shimano cranks were threaded but more probably came with FSA or Cannondale BB30 cranks.

Always good to know, so much time has passed from the implementation of bb30?

I had one of those back in 2005 maybe 2004 in that fire engine red color. They did in fact come with either all 3 main tubes in carbon or just the top and down tube. They also did have either threaded or BB30 - the BB30 model was only the top end which came with the dale crank. I had a dura ace model and it was threaded.

Other cool thing on that bike - it was one of the first mass produced bikes where the full fork was carbon - the wheel mount was always aluminum prior and then prior to that the steered tube was aluminum.

Agreed with everything here. The eBay bike has a Hollowgram crank sticker so I'd say BB30 is correct on that frame.

My Six13 was the 3 carbon tube version and had a threaded bb. Man I wish I still had that.

Someone can correct me if I'm mistaken but BB30 I think originated in 2002. Gilberto Simoni had a BB30 Hollowgram equiped silver and red Caad7 when he won the giro in 2003

I believe the first year of the Hollowgram crank was the year prior.... along with BB30.

First BB30 models were the 2001 R4000 SI and R5000 SI. They were CAAD6 I think, the only difference from CAAD5 being the BB shell.

The 2008 model is the one with the 2 carbon tubes and the threaded bb. I know because I have one, and because I entered the geometry data on GeometryGeeks

I think that all the older ones are bb30, but I’m not positive.

That bike on EBay is definitely bb30.

Yeah I wish I had that fork! Unfortunately I have the ‘Ultra’ fork, with the aluminum steerer.

2005 Six13 R5000 came with a DuraAce crank, so there were definitely threaded BBs dating from the start of the Six13 frames.

I think I can see threads in that BB shell...

Well I guess you know this already then, but it’s a sweet ride. I bought mine on a whim last winter and, according to Strava, I’ve put about 4000 miles on it, so I guess I like it.

The Caad6 had the first OS bb and the $$$ Cannondale cranks. Pretty cutting edge.

Actually the one i got is too big for me... got it because of the group :P my kids in a year probably will be tall enough for it.

Will be like a long term project... not in a hurry...

That is very tempting, even with the dent. I still need a CAAD2 and a CAAD6 to go with the 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, and Optimo.

I remember seeing that exact model in a shop with the Proton Wheels and the blue fade... I miss my Caad4 and I need a new 1" fork for it. Does anyone have experience with a Columbus Minimal fork on a Cannondale?

I do not see why it could not work.

It has 2 mm more rake but I doubt that you would notice the difference. The stock forks don't seem to turn up very often.

Thanks my frame was missing the fork when I got it so I used a Columbus Muscle which was fantastic imho.. I never see the original forks anywhere.
