"I'd like to respond to a bicyclist who complained about cars getting in his way. Bicycle riders ride with their head down and they refuse to move over. They don't need a driver's license, which is a tax that we pay for using the roads. Sport utility vehicles must have emission stickers. I don't know where he gets the idea that they don't. They also must have license tags, which is another tax that goes to pay for the roads. We have to have insurance. We pay high gas taxes to pay for the roads. Compared to him, we do own the roads."
