I purchased from a local ad a set of Shimano Racing Zero's last night.
Briefly checked and had a CS-6600 cassette mounted as advertised.
This morning pulled out to see better what I had and discovered they have Campy a freehub with a loosely fitted Shimano cassette.

I've never run Campy and want to know if these can easily convert to Shimano?

9 speed campy cassette is interchangeable with 9 speed shimano. I would recommend getting a properly fitting campy 9 speed cassette and throwing that on there and you are all set.

They can be easily converted but you will need a new oversized axle freehub body. Campy/Fulcrum only make two sizes, you need the oversized 17mm Shimano one.

Looks to be Racing 1 not 0 if I read graphics correctly. Going to look at freehub
conversion.

Actually..shimano 9 cogsets are closer to Campagnolo 10s cogsets, center cog to center cog, then Campag 9s BUT..BUT, yup, get a HG compatible FHB, then shimano cogset.

Actually they make 3..1 for 12mm steel axles and 2 for aluminum OS axle..all 11s compatible.
Black one fits onto any OS Campag axle hub, White aluminum onto 'lobed' axls only. Lobed axles came to be in 2007..along with 1 piece FHB(aluminum) cuz older ones sometimes split with the pawl carrier being threaded into FHB.

Did you mean 12mm?

Did you mean 12mm?

'12mm' is a steel axle on lower end, Racing 5-ish wheels, cart bearings. Higher end, use a 17mm oversized aluminum axle. You need the FHB for aluminum axle, 17mm(OD)..
