I have been going through some tools to sell and came across a Hozan Rock Ring Wrench. I did a lil research and found out it was a manufacturing error.

Anyone know how rare these might be?

thanks

Not very rare. Actually pretty common among C&V folks.

Think it's the 'Rock' ring rather than Lock' ring on it. As soon as I can get outta my front door(2 feet of snow, yummy)..I'll check mine

Asian humor??

Probably the dude that did the mold was told to make the letter by phone and he heard Rock ring... ??? Japanese alphabet doesnt have the L and the closest sound is the R which is close to a RL sound.... and the dude wrote Rock Ring tool instead of Lock ring? then since it was wasted time and money they just sent them to the market? rare in japanese to do that since they would have trash them. Just speculating.

But besides the L swapped for an R, I do not see the difference in the tool and honestly doubt a mistake will bring 4 times more because eventhought some people collect tools is not that they collect them because of printing errors is because are rare, that tool is still made.
