I put my daughters bike on the trainer to ride this winter, I didn't want to put in my bike with carbon stays. I know the bike is a bit to small but not extremely small. I have found that when riding over an hour I have a burning pain on the inside left knee and my feet in the clips ache. I think adjusting the seat up might work on the knee, what about the feet? Should the seat go back also? Can anyone help tweek the bike for pain free riding?
