Hi all,
I am going to buy a stationary bike and need advice. I have rollers but just want to have a decent stationary/spinning bike that I can jump on with tennis shoes and shorts and do 1 hour pre breakfast rides. I'm not looking to put my road bike on a home trainer.
Of course the bike needs to bee adjustable at all contact points but am looking to spend around 500-700 bucks.
Any suggestions/experiences.
Thanks

There are many analog spinning bikes that would work. I did a quick Amazon search as below.

I would look for something local that is used as these things are rarely used and very heavy to transport. Some that you may be able to buy used may have some electronics capability to measure power. A brand I like is Keiser but they retail for $2000.

See their site below:

Good luck.

You can get either cheap on Craigslist if you look. Both are kinda bulletproof and HEAVY. Of course they are Spinbikes, but they have plenty of adjustability and it’s set it and forget it. I see them regularly for less than 300 bucks.
