It's that time again! I made this several years ago and it tracks dates, mileage, distance, riding time, average speed, maximum speed, average heart rate, maximum heart rate, ride intensity, wind speed, temperature, etc.
The totaling and averaging are done for you other than the 2007 to 2006 MTD and YTD comparisons on the far right, which are manual entries and calculations.
