Lately when we watch shows on Amazon Prime the sound gets out of sinc with the picture. Sometimes it corrects itself sometimes not. Anybody else experiencing this?

Gotta freebie Prime delivery recently which was OK. The only weird thing was that they delivered it not to my (covered, concrete) front porch, but alongside the front porch in the landscaped garden dirt. The hell were they thinking?...

try rebooting your streaming device and/or investigating your internet speed. Synch problems happen for us sometimes but mostly with netflix. Usually solved by a reboot of the apple tv. Getting a new router also helped.

I’m glad this came up. I’ve had issues with all my feeds including my antenna! I just reset my network, reentered my password, and it worked!
What a great, and somewhat obvious solution to everyone but me.
Paceline comes through again.

That's weird.
I've noticed that the device used to access Prime makes a big difference, but mostly in navigation and selection. I use Tivo and Tivo minis to access Prime (and Netflix), and occasionally will use an Amazon Fire box. The Amazon device is much better - quicker, better navigation.

I had this happen recently, but I forget if it was on prime or netflix. Rewound some and it synced again.

probably trying to hide it? until very recently i lived in a full house remodel construction site with a veranda that had to be walked nearly halfway around to get to the front door, with building materials and debris piles everywhere outside plus two outbuildings between the end of my unmarked mile long driveway to the house, off a desolate road 45 miles from the nearest city with nothing but trees for parsecs in any direction......
and they STILL hide my packages in the craziest places. i often have to look at the delivery confirmation notes to find them - "DELIVERED TO: INSIDE COCKPIT OF SAILBOAT" "UNDER TARP IN DRIVEWAY" "HOISTED UP TREE WITH ROPE AT GPS COORDINATES....."
you could leave uncovered gold bars stacked at the top of the driveway for a thousand years and they'd be fine. but my new phone cover needs a pirate treasure map to find

I have a problem with AP. Wife keeps buying stuff which has been deemed to be unnecessary as it is not bike related. Lips out of sync with sound happens. Reboot.

Funny you mention this. Was watching Goliath and had lip sync issues. Never a problem before.

Just binge watched 1/2 of Man in the High Castle last night, no problem.

I went all in on TiVo a long time ago and have never looked back.
Two lifetime subscriptions, which have migrated from old Series 2s, to a couple of Roamios now, and a flock of Minis...
Why two TiVo boxes in the house, with typically only two people watching tv (together)?
Sometimes 6 tuners just isn't enough! :)

You're watching 21st Century Bruce Lee movies.

We get this once in a while with Netflix. I usually rewind, or go from movie to SlingTV and then back, or sometimes re-set the box. Occasionally I'll get it in both NF and Sling - that requires a reset as the 1st option. Maybe happens once a month on average. Don't have AP.
