Other than the Salsa Shaft, which is no longer available and has more offset than I need.

In other words, a currently available, no offset, Salsa Shaft.

Moots! Most amazing post ever if you aren’t running carbon rails and it has independent adjustments as you appear to be looking for.

Agreed. The Moots Cinch post is a marvel of a design.

yup, Moots cinch post. Loosen the side plate bolts to adjust fore/aft. Loosen the inner bolt to adjust tilt. These adjustments are completely independent of each other.

The old Shimano Aero style seatpost sort of offer this. There's a set screw to keep the same angle so once you loosen the clamp to shift the rails it's a cinch to keep the angle the same.

I didn’t think the easton EA 50 or 70 had independent adjustment. My EA90 does and has been great so far.

Essentially, any 2 bolt seatpost can be independently adjusted for setback and angle.

The 2-bolt rocker style clamp has been around for over 25 years. If all you want to do is adjust the angle a little, loosen one bolt a half turn and tighten the other one a half turn.

Moving the saddle fore/aft requires loosening both bolts by at least a couple of full turns, so the angle might not be exactly the same unless you count the turns accurately on each bolt.

I use a digital level to restore the angle, when I'm in the shop.
