Anyone know of a well made wireless thermometer where outside unit is actually sealed against weather? We live on the coast and between the Chinese made crap of both units, I continually look at what I want to wear and see blanks. Also like to see barometric trends for coastal storms.
Don't need wind speed.

Thanks,

Try this. US company based out of Wisconsin. I have had one for 10 years with zero issues.

Look for a Davis. They make multiple models. They set the standard for high quality amateur weather observation instruments.

I have a Sper Scientific. Other than batteries its worked fine for several years. Needs batteries about once a year. It was not expensive.

Ecowitt on amazon. They sych with a webserver and you can read it anywhere, or locally on your wifi with their app. Base indoor unit is 40 buck, outdoor unit is 13, and you can add rain gauge, lightning sensors, soil moisture etc. it also synchs with wunderground and others if you want to be a local station. I'm using one to monitor heat in my greenhouse.
