Two bike builds - need fit confirmation

Below are 2 build sheets. The first is for a bike that I know will fit me perfectly because it has the same measurements as one I already own. Alas, it is not for sale.

The second is for a bike available locally that looks pretty close to me. A little shorter in the TT and wheelbase, but overall very similar.

I'd like to make sure that I am not missing anything that would be way off on the fit of the second bike.

If you knew that the first bike would fit perfectly, would you have any hesitation on the second bike?

the 2nd bike has a top tube 1.3 cm shorter but .5 steeper sta so your saddle will be slightly further back on 2nd bike to get you closer to the same reach. Head tube length is 4mm taller than the one that fits. Is the stem slammed on the one that fits or do have a 5m spacer ? number 2 is close enough to make work. Worse case you'll have to use a 130 stem with it slammed. do it.

The one that fits perfect has this stem, so a little bit of space.
