Anyone familiar with Bahl, builder in Bakersfield CA?

First time I have encountered this frame maker -- seen in the Rapha LA clubhouse, Columbus tubing (don't remember which set).
The picture doesn't do the paint justice, it's silver flake.

I don’t recall which tubeset; but I think I would have remembered if it were stainless

Had no idea but just looked him up. Young guy, new to the scene, posts on bikeforums. Started building last year and has been eager to absorb helpful online advice from guys like Doug Fattic. Here’s his first build:

It does look nice. The colors remind me of the old Serotta Nova Special X silver/blue fade.

I think I mistook the silver for stainless but looking closer around the rear drop out I can see the paint.
