I have a set of wool knee warmers that are very comfortable & unfortunately no longer made. Looking for another pair. Wool seems to work better at the temps I use them at (50-70). Any favorites?
Looking at warmers from Cima Coppi, Snek, and Rapha. Any opinions on those would be great, as well.

Defeet Wooly Kneekers are good.

From another thread, Defeet came up but not wool. Didn't know they made wool. Thanks.
One size fits all, though? How's the fit?

There are two kinds of Kneekers. Wool and synthetic. Both are good, but the wool is warmer. Make sure of what you are buying.

Edit-sorry it’s the full length that comes in 2 sizes the knee warmers only come in one size, which is what I have. Fits as below.

They come in 2 sizes sm/md and lg/xl- chart goes by height, which worked for me, but I bet I could probably wear either size @ 5’11/160#. i got lg/xl, fits well and stay put during ride.

Agree with the above Defeet recommendations. The only caveat is that they can hold a HUGE amount of water if you ride when it rains.
I also like my ibex knee warmers. Unfortunately not made anymore. Really warm.
Here is a pair of mediums on the bay for anyone who might be interested in:

Of the brands you mentioned I have only tried the Rapha merino knee (and merino arm). they work great - don't slip, warm throughout the range you mentioned but not when the temps rise, and pack down to nothing.

Another vote for Defeet- mine are at least a decade old now, and warm enough to consider combining them with thermal shorts instead of tights in cold weather.

I use the Trek neon yellow ones that are perfect for the temperatures you are noting. The added feature of the bright color is a great bonus.

Arg, this made me realize that Ibex is out of business!

Are they wool? I could live with more bright colors

Rapha are fantastic. Have the arm and knee warmers and love them.

Love my Rapha merino warmers, though the Defeet look substantially thicker and I may give them a shot as well for colder days.

On cool to sorta cold days I wear the Rapha ones, when it gets "cold" I wear the Defeet or Ibex ones, both of which keep the knees toasty. If I wore the Defeet or Ibex ones above 50 or so they would be almost too warm. 50 and above it is the Rapha.
