Hi, I found this on eBay, but something doesn't seem quite right. I would appreciate any input as to if it's genuine and the price. Thanks!

6 years on eBay
100% positive 335 reviews
Seems like an accurate description for a 31 y/o frame
Payments seem legitimate
Pictures look good

I am not familiar with this frame value

Maybe he acquired it cheap and is just making a quick profit

Sells lots of cycling items

Good luck

Seems legit.
Different builders made Masi frames at one time or another.

Says MASI right on it...

My guess is it's a MASI

I saw that one and it raised red flags with me too because of the fork, since it's threadless. The seller says "The fork is pristine and from a Gran Criterium-dealer Colorado Cyclist gave me an upgrade back in the day" but in 1988 there weren't any bikes with a threadless fork (first production Aheadset was 1992).

I have no doubt that the frame is from 1988 but that fork was added later.

Thanks, I appreciate your input. What I noticed was the clamp on front derailleur mount. I thought from that era they were braze on.
