There is a portable velodrome. Wood surface, steel supports. The last time I saw it and rode on it, the track was Christan Vandevelde father's business. I do not know what has happened to it.

As I recall, the supports were used in Madison Gardens for the six day races years ago. They took the supports and put a new wood surface on it. I belive that it would fit in a couple of 18 wheelers when disassembled.

I it was likely 10 or so years since I saw it. Really cool to ride!!!
