Setting up my first set of Tubeless. Pacenti valves & rims. A question about where to place the rubber washer. On the valve, but under the piece that fits on the rim (so it is outside the rim) or as the valve goes into the rim (so it is inside the rim)?
Sorry if this is painfully obvious...

I’ve always done it in this manner when the valves come with the rubber o rings
