Yikes. I've seen that done with guitars before but the angles of a frame seem like they would be so hard to work with. Could be really cool if it works!

It is not as easy as it looks especially on complex shapes or with certain patterns.

There is a company that specializes in hydrodipping bikes. I can't recall the name but its just a Google-Fu away. Good hydro dipping services can so crazy stuff and know how to do it so that if a 2nd dip is required it doesn't overlap in the wrong areas. If you want it to last a long time find someone who can Cerakote it clear. I've seen a few firearms and car rims done. It's pretty impressive.
