Feeler possibly wanting to buy. My wife's bike got stolen last week and I am looking to get a replacement or a frameset to build up. She had a road bike, but has borrowed a cross (Specialized Crux Canti) bike from a friend and she really likes it. She is 5' 3"ish and her road bike had a 51.5cm top tube so looking for 49 to 51ish. I have close to enough stuff on hand to build up a canti frame. Thinking a budget build $250 or less for a frameset or around $500 complete. I know that is a small budget so I am not expecting much to pop up but thought I would ask.

Also the bike that was stolen was 2010 Specialized Ruby with Ultegra 6800/105 5800 mix. Here is a poor pic if anyone happens to see it anywhere.
