View Full Version : OT Lanai
We are off to Lanai for 11 days on Thursday. If biking is done, it will be via rentals or hotel bikes.
I would appreciate any suggestions on things not to miss and restaurants that must be eaten at from any with experience with that island.
Thanks,
keno

Visit Coylifut (Terry) while you're there. After a hard weekend of cross racing, he's relaxing in Hawaii with the family.....Bastard!! :butt:
Just kidding on the bastard part. ;) :D :D

Ken;
We're looking at a trip out that way this summer as a graduation gift to our son so any post vacation reporting would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't been there since they opened the big hotel by the ocean. We used to cruise (under sail) once or twice a year and hang at Manele Bay and do side trips to Lahaina and Kahoolawe etc. The hotel's lights basically ruined the night skyview. Its a tiny island with a very small population. You'll leave few stones unturned in 11 days time, and then there is always the water taxi to Lahaina.
