I did it two years ago when Ned Overend almost came in first.
It's a beast but a beauty.
See some of you guys at the finish for tacos and beer?

I totally thought this was going to be some crazy mod to make your Peloton exercise bike have a more "gravel feel".

I thought from the thread title that this was some way of making a Peloton bike simulate riding on gravel roads :-)

Yes, it would come with a little fan that would blow dust in your face.

Me too. A little plastic booth you setup that blows dirt around.. that way you don't get your Solarium dirty while looking out over NYC from the 50th floor.

Don't forget the out of balance flywheel to vibrate your teeth loose.

I thought, "hmm Peloton Magazine is a bit toney to be recommending a bike modification, they're into buying whole new high-end bikes!?! And what's this about Ned O.?!?"

Gravel Mob is something else all together.

i lived in ojai for almost 20 years and while sulphur mtn and sisar are great places to ride, its a stupid nightmare to try to cram so many riders on it at once.

I did this route solo when I visited Ojai at the end of spring. Great route!
The descent down from Sisar though was stupid and I imagine a **** show with a big group, even if they do have a neutralized speed limit in effect. I'm sure its a fun event anyway.

adampaiva- I remember you doing this ride, very impressvie!

The large group actually breaks up pretty quickly and does not seem crowded
