And your both the same freaking age ! It hurts to know that no matter how many donuts Flydhest eats he'll still beat me up on the bike. Happy Birthday young guns :)

ps: I attend a weekend B-Day party for the Fly and we busted on him in front of his boss. How sweet was that

Birthdays . . . having another one is much better than the alternative. Thanks for the kind wishes and the same sentiments to my co-birthday holder Brian.

on-topic: the Doctor, wonderful wife that she is, gave me a new set of wheels. Powertap laced to Velocity Deep-V tubulars (!) with 32 Sapim spokes. In front, DT 240 hub. I haven't hooked up the computer yet, but I popped these boys on for the morning commute this morning. Dear Lord, but these things feel like they will be completely bombproof even at my size and seem like they'll be able to do just about any task required.

Can't wait to get the powermeter hooked up so I know just how weak I really am.

Happy birthday kids. So ... like, you can buy beer now?

Smiley, you're beeing either too kind on Fly's birthday or too hard on yourself. I feel certain that there is some number of donuts he could eat that would let you take the sprint. Let's just be polite and say that it's "donuts of a certain quantity."

An honest mistake, really, she meant to say, "Hey, send these to Brian, willya?" but after seeing your excitement, well...could you blame her? Now, about the shipping, I'm in no super rush...
Well put, concerning having a birthday.

Happy day, Seth!

First they called my name before lunch, then they said something about good behaviour and bus fare...

Happy Birthday to you guys. One of you can ride up the outside of the Washington Moument on your fixed gear and the other can do a lap or two around the Tidal Basin while I am still trying to click into my pedals. :)

I'm now officially afraid of TooTall.

Brian, I think I've found a box . . . did you want the wheel bags too? Man, my wife must really like you. I'm still confused, though. Where's my present if these are for you?

zap,
As it turns out, you're actually one day early. Smiley just couldn't resist starting the thread. I think he likes me or something . . . not that there's anything wrong with that!

Nevertheless, you still have the rest of today to go shopping.

Smiley

Fly , truth is I liked you better when you were on your donut diet :) Not that there is anything wrong with that

Well, thanks for all the well wishes . . . it's almost sad to let my big day end. I'm getting ready to leave and have the Doctor pick me up to take me out to dinner. For those in the area, we're going to Maestro.
