a memeber of a german cycling forum had a "Herse"-style bike custommade by Ullrich Vogel. Lots of incredible details, including a custom made Watanabe bagset! :)

That's gorgeous. I love his work, his attention to detail is outstanding IMO. He's at the top of my list if I ever have another custom frame built.

BTW, his first name is Ulrich. :)

Love look of wrap around stays, Brit's used to use this technique a lot back in the day.

Also worth checking out Vogel's gallery (http://vogel-rahmenbau.de/Galerie.htm).

Thanks for sharing Martl and welcome Heiko.

I like the dyno setup

I was trying to figure out the electrical connector sticking out of the tube and failed

Nope, I think that's nice.

German engineering ;)
Yes, lots of CAD in preparation for the build by Ulrich Vogel. The CAD designed lasercutted stainless "one off" dropouts (esp. right rear) are the best way to show how he works.
He uses new technologies (CAD, lasercutting) and his hands, leaves out old technologies. He has no lathe or machines for tube mitering.

Mmmh... I do not exactly understand what you mean.
This may be due to my English language skills. :)

I should have used a translator before, it's a contact in the steerer tube.
