32c gravel tires

I am in the market for muti terrain tires. Something supple and reasonablely light. What should I look for?

I just had this conundrum. Got myself gravel king SK 32mm. They are awesome. Good on pavement too but just did a nice gravel ride and tons of grip.

Gravel Kings are good. I just did a 6 day tour, including about 100 miles of gravel on Challenge Strada Bianca’s. I’m very pleased with them. These are the cheaper vulcanized ones in 33. The nice handmade tan wall ones only come in a 30.

Gravel Kings for road style tire (non sk). I wouldn’t use it on the gravel I ride though...

Donnelly strada ush 32mm served me well. Tough tire that took everything I threw at them. Nice riding with some bite.

But... they measure about 35 mm on the Velocity A23 rims I have them mounted on. That may be too wide for the OP.

With my bad luck with the challenge tires I go, I would stay very away from them. Also depends on what kind of gravel you are looking for because to me, strada biancha and gravel king non sk are not really gravel tires. They will work on gravel just like a vittoria corsa will but at the end of the day its still a road slick tire that is a tiny bit wider.

another vote to get gk's in 32mm...you should be able to find them for around $35 each.

same here, wore out two sets of SK’s, pretty hard to beat. I’m using the smooth tires now and prefer ‘em. Everyone’s gravel is different but I’ve found running them at low psi they’re fine and roll faster. I’m using the 28’s on one of my road bikes and they come close to the ride of the Vittoria Corsa’s but with tons more protection. Paved roads around here are pretty rough

Plus super easy to set up tubeless. I mounted some 32’s using a floor pump, easily.

GK 32 measures 30 mm on Ksyriums. Like them a lot!

They measure 33mm for me on dtswiss disc rims ( forget the model but pretty sure they are 23mm rims)

Gravel rides in my area are max 50% gravel, but typically less. The gravel kind sk seems to do fine with that mix as it rolls well on pavement.

Don't disagree with any of the recommendations here, but will say I've been riding Bon Jon Pass ELs setup tubeless and they're great. Just great.

I just did a 55 mile gravel ride on a pair of 35mm Gravelking SKs. That ride was at least 80% gravel, but those tires seemed to roll well on tarmac also.
