Helping a friend with a new magazine

I have been away for awhile sorting some stuff out and have missed the wonderful witt and advice/knowledge here. I was presented with a problem and while thinking about answers I immediatly thought of several people here.

I am a long time subscriber to Mountain Bike Action and I have a friend who is being promoted from MBA to start a new magazine...Road Bike Action. He wants all sorts of people, pictures, stories from all over and everyone to include in the new magazine. It comes out in March and will more then likely be a monthly mag.
