dt240.
no nonsense.
no anodization bling.
lasts forever.
easy to service.
you can minimize the noise by adding a bit more dt grease.
one disadvantage: POE. but you can upgrade it.

Phil Wood (http://philwood.com/products/hubspgs/mtbhubs.php).

I have a Phil Wood non-disc rear hub on my MTB. It's gotta be 15 years old. Never needed service.

I can’t recommend anything other than DT350/240- the perfect hub for all the reasons you’ve mentioned .

I love Hope, but they’re infamously noisy.

SRAM 900 comes with all the end caps and QR skewer. Another option.

I just had 240 boost laced up to my new MTB wheels for all the reasons listed above.

Silent, Onyx Racing Hub

Those are my favourite hubs. Love the silver!

Assuming by bolt on you mean not centerlock for brake mount.

I'd suggest an XT hub.

Jenson has them for $43USD.

Another vote for Onyx. Dead silent and you really notice the engagement advantage of the sprag clutch in an MTB application. Mine have been absolutely bulletproof.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Shimano.

All the above AND easily maintainable

and you can buy 11 of them for the price of one Onyx.

XT was recommended four posts prior to yours.

Ryan, I've got WI XMR hubs with QR on my gravel bike. They've been flawless, even in the dusty environment. They'll also convert to thru axle if you ever wanted to do that.

+1 on Onyx. It's kind of heavy but the silence and engagement more than makes up for it. They have a new, lighter model called the Vesper that was just released. https://www.avt.bike/blog/onyx-racing-products-vesper-hubs-are-here.html
