Maybe post a little more info?
Headtube length, seat/head tube angles, 1 inch or 1.125" fork steerer tube (and is it metal or carbon steerer), fork rake and trail, etc...

This might make a nice bike for around town cruising with bars like moustache or other pullbacks.

I edited to add head tube length and details on forks and steerer, but I don't know how to accurately measure trail, angles, etc.

Not to be snarky but a drive side photo with level bars and the saddle positioned in the middle of the rails will make the presentation of this bike sing. IMHO of course.

Please re-measure the headtube length between the top headset to the lower headset, full length of headtube (not c-c). Thanks. (Should be somewhere in neighborhood of 190 - 210mm.)

I remeasured headtube, t-b: 212. Also remembered that the chain is nearly new (few 100 miles).

I also took 2 new pictures, but they refused to upload. They are, however, on the linked site.

So this really is a 55cm top tube (center to center)?

Yessir, from center of head tube to center of seat tube. It's 52 cm weld to weld.

BTW, thank you for putting the photo up. What was I doing wrong? I browsed to it, hit upload, and after a while it errored out with a failure to upload message.

Hmm, not sure why you had upload troubles. I resized the photo to 800 pixels max and rotated it slightly to level it out.
