WTB: setback seatpost 31.6 or 27.2 mm

I'm looking for a seatpost with at least 25 mm setback. It could be 31.6 mm or 27.2 would work as I have a shim for it. It needs to be at least 350 mm long.
This is going on a commuter bike so the cheaper the better. Condition and color don't matter. Please let me know if you have something. Thanks.
