Bought this Frameset on the forum and got it built up a little over 1 year ago. I ride it around with my kids, to the store, and on some flatter trails. I love it, but it is just too small in the end.

Fork has disc tab but rear does not

Yep. That's a thing. Can be a lot of fun too. I have a fixie Willits Scorcher 29er with 2.35" Schwalbe Big Ones on it and it is a blast for city and light trail riding. I would have absolutely considered picking this up otherwise. Cool fun bike.
