I was checking out the results of the Paceline members that are on Strava, which can be found here.
https://www.strava.com/clubs/paceline-forum

It's not easy figuring out who is who since most people on here don't use their real name, but some of you guys/gals put in some serious miles. One of the guys rode 774 miles the previous week, with 26,781 ft of climbing too

If it's recorded on Strava, then it counts :D

trainer road is included, but since I always use a low gear on my trainer, I go about 8mph.

You can link zwift to strava, right?

Make sure you check out my total elevation gain...a whopping 430 ft. The east coast of Florida is _____________

Elevation gain data on Strava are all over the map, as there are tons of inaccurate devices out there. Wish they would force a correction on every ride so it would be fair and square for everyone.

On my next ride, I'll record this on my phone and Garmin, and see how close they are.

Strava and garmin always show different values for total distance, mph and calories estimates.

Many Garmin and Wahoo devices over capture (some are under) elevation gain but Strava allows them to compete together. For this reason most elevation related challenges on Strava are invalid. If you use the Strava app for a ride then I think it should be fairly accurate.

Similar experience over the weekend in terms of elevation gain. Over 76 km, I climbed 90 m more than the guy I rode with, he uses a garmin, I use a lezyne.

As for distances, you'll see mostly early morning (5am) urbanish 30 mile (50km) rides, with the odd weekend 50 mile (75 km) country ride.

I am planning on a KOM attempt on a segment near my house, if its safe and if the street lights and traffic line up correctly, currently in 9th by 2 seconds so a bit of a wound up sprint could get it for me. I am not a competitive person, but this has me focused and wanting it for some reason.

I added the summary of Paceline's Strava group to the bottom of the page. Would you guys rather have the latest rides posted instead?

This could be explained by the fact that he's taller than you.

John Luoma. Not much riding, maybe once per week. My kettle bell and circuit training while in Strava probably wont show on this list.

Unfortunately, it's rainy season where I live now and I don't do indoors, so not getting too much mileage in these days.:(

Keith, I'm slightly perplexed -- my Strava profile shows that I am a member of the group but I don't see my rides listed in the summary. I would have assumed that the weekly listing just pulls from all our rides…I set my trainer rides to private but actual rides are shared with everyone.

Let me know if there's some hidden setting somewhere that I'm neglecting.

(In a remarkable show of creativity my Strava username is "C Golvin")

I looked at my settings and couldn't see how to control rides getting posted in a group. I did see that you are in The Paceline Strava group.

Whoa, bro' you must've hit some overpasses or something.

I'm in Tampa and not unusual to put in 20-some miles and see 70-ish feet of climbing.
