Had to share this gem of a hack.
When trying to watch the Tour de France in the US one can find themselves in a dilemma.... Started using a VPN app on my phone to use social media at work and the app also works for streaming the tour! I've been enjoying French Public Television's 5 or 6 different camera angles ;) Have not found English commentary yet but have not been looking that hard.

Here's how I do it for English content.

Using the Chrome browser install the VPN called Windscribe.
Set up an account for ITV at tvPlayer at https://tvplayer.com/watch/itv4

Enjoy.
