What are my options for a tubeless ready, decently fast rolling (ie some tread but not an enduro tire) in a 27.5 x 2.1" or even 2.2” size?

I have been using the Schwalbe Thunder Burts but several tires in a row with questionable qc and less than good puncture protection is making me wonder what else is out there ...

Why WTB never made the Nano 27.5 x 2.1” in a tubeless variant is beyond me.

Anyone using something I am just not thinking of?

Thanks

My front Thunderburt liteskin always had a slight wobble to it, which after a bit of reading think it comes down to QC, as much as I like them.

There's the Bontrager Race? XR series (2.0?). The XR0 has similar weight and tread to the Thunderburt; around 410gm.

Conti Speed King 2.2 RaceSport Black Chilli. 445gm.

Maxxis Crossmark 2.1 eXCeption Silkworm. 515gm.

Hutchinson Black Mamba at 510gm.

Ritchey WCS Shield 2.1 at 530gm.

That's a bummer to hear. My 2.1" EVO Liteskn Thunder Burts have been awesome.

The Rene Herse knobby comes in 48mm which will probably plump up to 2" or more depending on your rims. My Switchback Hills measure 50.5mm and the Thunder Burts 54mm on i23 Crest Mk3 rims.

I had the XR0 on my gravel bike for a while. It’s scary light, paper thin, an amazing ride, not great in loose stuff, super fast. I took it off because I was pretty sure it was going to strand me. I prefer the xr1 if we are talking bontrager tires. There is a 27.5x2.1 Nano, but it’s not officially tubeless compatible. The Riddler 2.25 seems interesting if you can fit it.
