I was told this is a 1997 Superissimo Brain but not so sure anymore since I can't find any catalog or eBay history on this color scheme. Can someone confirm and also possibly have a geometry chart for this? Thanks.

Not related, but in the 2003 Michigan men's cat 4 road race championship, I was in a break of 5 with one guy on a steel Colnago with this paint scheme or very similar, with 32-spoke Open Pros or some other box section rim. He just took off a few hundred meters before people started trying to sprint. Kudos to that guy!

Seen some of those that look like a master but the tubes arent gilco, OP the tubes are gilco or are regular rounded tubes? I cant tell from the pictures.

If tubes a gilco then you have a master of some sort, if no I have no idea, colnago did some weird runs time to time.

Tecnos?
No crimped tubing that I can see...

There were Super and derivatives Super Piu, also Export and later Classic (?) that used non-profiled tubing. Another possibility would the Elegant--it had the through TT cable routing, chrome rear and shipped with the Precisa fork (also Tange tubing '94-ish) and the Art Decor paint: http://www.velobase.com/Resource_Tools/CatalogScans.aspx

Indeed there was a shop online selling some Brain tube colnagos some time ago.

That makes sense.
Superissimo frames were produced with Columbus "Brain" (the Reynolds equivalent was 531 iirc) tubes in the 90s.
wallymann is correct: color code = AD(Art Decor)14.
A standard/"traditional" ("old geometry") Colnago geometry chart thread will be the correct reference.

Was that the year it was held somewhere near Muskegon in June and featured hail, pounding rain, almost freezing temps, and a possible tornado siting on the course?

Don't remember where it was held that year, but I am sure there was no foul weather when I was on the course, and I don't recall rain, hail, or tornado warnings.
