Just got a shimano hydraulic set with post mount brakes, frame needs flat mount.

Can I use sram calipers? Different shimano calipers?

Lotta different information out there when I try to search this.

Shimano with Shimano - you're good. SRAM uses DOT brake fluid vs. hydraulic mineral oil.

I have a spare NIB flat mount Shimano front if ya need it cheap. Bought it when I was going to swap forks, then didn't.

If you don't need to trim the hoses then the easiest solution is to just buy flat mount to post mount adapters (https://fairwheelbikes.com/kcnc-flat-post-disc-brake-adapter/).
