Is it possible to swap a Campy hub for a Shimano on a set of Mavic Ksyrium SSC SL's ?

Yes, it takes maybe 10 minutes an a 10mm and 5mm allen wrench.

Wow ok so it is as easy as this guy says. I just met him at his house, and checked out the rims and agreed to a buy them as long as he switches out the hub body to Shimano. He tried doing it himself on the spot, but later said he'd just take it to his local BS to complete the process.

If this picture actually shows up what would you think a good price would be ? Wheels have less than 5oo miles and are in great cond.
