Have always enjoyed your posts from a distance. I knew that we shared a love of Italy and a love of bikes. Great to find out that we also share a love of dogs. I have two great danes that I love almost as much as my bikes. Give to the dogs the same love you give to your bikes and your life will be oh so rich...

Enjoy,

I've seen that look before! He's dangerous -- be on guard!

Have fun and enjoy every minute!

I have seen that look before from him in previous photos. A mischievous look, but how will Climb be able to resist him and scold him for anything that he does wrong?

I'm sure scolding will not be necessary. Ed will have Climb well trained in no time.

Ed had Climb trained before he even got home. :)

I had a cocker just like him as a kid. Same color. They are such funny and mischevious dogs. Ours was obsessed with a ground hog that lived behind our house and we had to routinely drag him out of the burrow by his hind legs, kicking and screaming and covered in mud. He also could hear the garbage truck coming on Monday mornings from about a mile away. Great dogs, lots of personality and sometimes a bit too much curiousity- enjoy watching him grow up!

There is nothing better than a little puppy like this.....except maybe a mature dog who is your best buddy.

Good luck Climb. Having been around the Forum quite a while I have read all your posts abut the loss of Sammy and the subsequent search for Ed. I have shown my wife your posts and pictures over the years....just wanted to let you know you are in our thoughts as you go through the process of loving another.

Yo Climb,

You're gonna have to keep a close eye on Ed for a while. I showed my daughters his pictures and I haven't seen them since. I believe a dognapping expedition is underway. Be very very careful with that adorable little pup. My daughters want him REAL bad!

thanks very much, eric. since sammy's passing, there has been something missing. since ed's arrival, something has been found. a dog can be your pal in ways people can't. i think i've smiled more in the last week than i can count.

and thanks to everyone else for your kind thoughts. as charlie brown used to say...happiness is a warm puppy.

and forum pals, too! :D
