For my Birthday this year, my wife bought me this bike chain bottle openner (http://www.resourcerevival.com/servlet/ProductView?command=cp&supplierID=434&commodityID=15981&searchIndex=3) made from recyled bike parts. I love it. The artisan is an Oregon based guy named Graham Bergh (whom I am sure some of you know about already). His company is called Resource Revival (http://www.resourcerevival.com/) and has some great gifts for your cycling buds.

don't tell'm, but I save my spent chains, clean'm up, and break'm at 7 outer link intervals, and reconnect the links using a key ring. Makes for a nice simple key "chain" gifty.

It doesn't work perfectly, but you can fashion the small loop of chain to act as bottle opener.

There's someone out here in So. Cal who makes bags and wallets out of inner tubes and leather, really neat stuff. I don't have their web site, anyone know more?
