Can I use my DUra Ace rotors with SRAM etap calipers?

If they are the right size for your bike/adapter setup (i.e 140mm or 160mm), then I would anticipate no issues.

I believe shimano rotors are slightly thinner than sram but it shouldn't be an issue.

Yes, I think the technical spec is Sram rotors are 1.85 and Shimano are 1.8.

You will be fine.

Which ones are better? SRAM’s are much more expensive.
