Jill Kintner's van.

You don't need a FB account to view this.

Rattles from the loose toolbox would drive me nuts...

Pretty slick. Seems better for a quick over night than really living out of it. Doesn't seem like much storage space for non bike stuff, like clothes and what not.

Pretty cool for cycling events under a week in duration. You see these displayed at bicycle shows.
Would configure it for two bicycles, two seats, and luggage storage for two...were it mine.

This kind of makes sense to me as a recreational vehicle for events, trips and adventures. Jill has a space for gear, a place for passengers, and some basic cooking and sleeping accommodations. It makes a whole lot more sense to me than does a Sprinter kitted out for full time living.

It hearkens back to the days when people weren't using vans as homes or for framing pretty landscapes.

Well it’s not a land cruiser therefore it’s not the ultimate vehicle ;)

Pretty cool. When you’re faced with Zombie Apocalypse though, you need this:

Friend of mine works for this company.

It’s cool, but not really on my map as ultimate vs some of the other builds I’ve seen. Of course, there is always cost. I would rather have the bikes on a hitch rack and better use the internal space. I also don’t like that you can’t walk through it.

I think this is better: www.vandoit.com

Would love to have one of these in a few years.

A good friend of mine used to work for Outside Van (https://www.outsidevan.com) and owned a tricked out Sprinter. Same setup: bikes in the back, loft bed, tiny stove and an outdoor shower with hot water. We did a day at Mt Bachelor snowboarding and the van seriously had everything we needed. The problem is the price. His tricked out Sprinter cost over $100k

I have an itch to do a conversion with a used Ram Promaster 2500. I’ve seen a few around and they seem like a better bang for your buck vs a Sprinter.
