I've noticed a Belgian bike shop owner is selling these
on ebay for around $900(and $60 shipping)...
He states the aluminum tubing is shipped to Belgium where
Eddy's boys then take over the "fabrication process".
That's very cool...to know the Merckx craftsmen actually build
the aluminum frameset...I was under the impression all Merckx Al
were built in Italy!
Seems for an extra $20 you can have your name painted on the top-tube..
I also inquired about "Telekom" paint??
sure...but it will add an extra $400 to the total!
Has anyone purchased one of these??
I'm sure the ride and build quality are up to Eddy's specs!
