Episode 3 of the Marginal Gains Podcast went live an hour ago and I wanted to thank Paceline members for contributing a few of the questions in the episode.
I try to contribute here in various topics with which I have experience, but would also love to have you solicit questions here which we can discuss and maybe include in future Q&A. We also recorded an answer to one of the questions posted in the GP5000 thread, but it pushed us way over our time limit, so saving it for the next one!!
