Although not real popular here in the 'states, the spec looks pretty nice.

Does anyone have any experience with either the ERC 1100 DICUT 47*or the ARC 1100 Dicut 48 DB?

I am considering for a build using 25mm tires and need an all-arounder wheel that can do it all as we have very diverse terrain.

Both come in @ similar weights and my preference is 40mm-50mm <1500g wheels.

No experience with the disc wheels or carbon rims from DT Swiss but I have been really impressed with the alloy OXIC wheels. The spec looked good - 240 hubs, aero bladed spokes, etc so I took the gamble. The hubs roll as well as any of my 'high spec' handbuilts, the star ratchet engagement is quick and they remain true after thousands of miles. From reviews I've seen the DT Swiss wheels seem highly rated.

I have no experience with those exact wheels but I will chime in that I have never been disappointed with any DT Swiss product I have purchased, and that's a lot of them.

DT Swiss on both bikes and reliability has been excellent. One set has DT hubs, other Campag .

I’ve found I can skip the ratchets on 54t DT 240 hubs. Both my son and I ride them for MTB. Bought new 54t ratchets and it slightly improved. MTB has more torque (maybe?) than road, but I was super disappointed. I’ve always ridden Kings for MTB but wanted center locks- next time though, I’m going back to Kings.

Try going back to the 18 or 36t rachets. I've heard that about the 54t rings

Kind of my thinking. I don't see anything available in the mid 40mm range that compares to the $.

I was looking at both the ERC (https://www.dtswiss.com/en/products/wheels-road/endurance/erc-1100-dicut/erc-1100-dicut-47/)1100 47 disc and the ARC (https://www.dtswiss.com/en/products/wheels-road/aero/arc-1100-dicut/arc-1100-dicut-48/) 1100 48 disc.

The ARC is a tad lighter and narrower, seems more speed oriented than the ERC. The ERC is a little wider profile.

If running 25mm tubeless tires for a diverse paved terrain area on an F10, wouldn't the decision point to the ARC? I like the idea of wider but not sure if there is any benefit in my scenario.

For some reason I still like the 303 NSW (I did ride them) but its not in the budget.

Yowser..all 3 are $3000+..How about a set of DT350 hubs and 'similar' shaped carbon rims from Boyd, FSE, VOX or OTFR..and save like $1600...

Just a thought.

Positive..$3173 on DT website. Are there deep discounters out there? Sure but for reference, you can only use ‘MSRP’...buy at deep discount and ‘perhaps’ get nada warranty or a ‘second’...as they say, ‘just sayin’’

Available from authorized dealers. All in EU. No seconds.

I think for the (available) price, they seem like a great wheel, no?

ARC is ~$1,830 shipped from Germany via bike-discount.de.

Nice enough wheels, but that said, I'm with oldpotatoe...I'd go for a custom build. If you're not wedded to deep carbon rims, you could build a lighter set with 350 or 240s hubs and DT alloy rims and save another $1,000.
